[국가등록문화재 부산 구 남선전기 사옥 (釜山 舊 南鮮電氣 社屋) Former Building of Namseon Electrics, Busan]
이 건물은 한국전력주식회사의 전신인 남선전기 사옥으로 사용되었다. 1970년대에는 한국전력 부산지사로 사용하였으나, 한국전력의 조직 개편으로 현재 중부산 지점으로 사용하고 있다. 1층은 화강석 마감으로 사각기둥 형태의 필라스터(pilaster)를 이용하여 출입구를 강조하고, 2층 이상은 타일로 마감하였으며, 위쪽 처마선 아래에는 수평 돌림띠가 둘러져 있다. 부산에서 처음으로 엘리베이터를 설치하였다는 역사성이 있고 내부 구조가 그대로 남아 있는 등 한국 근대 사옥의 모습을 잘 보여 준다.
[영문 설명]
This building was used as the Office of Namseon Electrics, which eventually became Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO). It was used as Busan branch of KEPCO in the 1970s, and is now used as Jungbusan Branch after KEPCO’s reorganization. The 1st floor is finished with granite, and its entrance was stressed using rectangular pilaster. The 2nd floor and above were finished with tile, and horizontal stringcourse is installed below the upper eaves. This building is historical in that it was installed with the first elevator in Busan. The inner structure remains in original form and shows the modern office building structure of Korea.

[국가등록문화재 부산 전차 (釜山 電車) Streetcar of Busan]
동아대학교 소장 「부산 전차」는 1927년 미국 신시내티차량회사(Cincinnati Car Company)에서 제작한 반강제(半鋼製) 보기식(Bogie式) 궤도차량으로 미국 애틀란타에서 운행되었던 전차이며, 1952년 무상원조로 수입되어 부산에서 운행된 전차 20량 중에서 1968년 마지막까지 운행된 전차 중의 1대이다.
이 전차는 동아대학교가 1969년 2월 남선전기(주)로부터 학습용으로 기증받아 보존처리 및 복원 작업을 실시하여 동아대학교박물관 야외에 전시하고 있는 것으로 부산에서 운행했던 전차 중 유일하게 현존하다.
[영문 설명]
Currently owned by Dong-A University, this streetcar was made by Cincinnati Car Company of the US in 1927. It is a semi-solid Bogie-type streetcar that was operated in Atlanta, USA. The car was imported to Korea as part of the aid given by the US in 1952. It was the last of the twenty streetcars that once operated in Busan, and was finally withdrawn from service in 1968.
Namseon Electric Co. donated this streetcar to Dong-A University in February, 1969 as a learning material. After the restoration and preservation processes, this streetcar was put on display outside the Museum of Dong-A University. It is the only remaining streetcar of those that operated in Busan.

[사적 부산 임시수도 대통령관저]
부산 임시수도 대통령관저는 한국전쟁 기간 중 피란수도인 부산에서 대통령 집무실 겸 관저로 사용된 곳으로, 국방· 정치· 외교 등 다양한 분야에서 중요한 정책이 결정되었던 역사적 현장으로서 당시의 모습을 비교적 잘 간직하고 있어 역사적․건축사적 가치가 높은 것으로 평가되고 있다.
